Credits are shared across everything SIA does. Matching a new applicant uses 1 credit, adding or re-matching someone in the Talent Pool uses 0.5, conversational pre-screening uses 1, profile verification uses 2, and SMS uses 1. SIA chat, job setup, shortlisting logic, and workflows never use credits.
No. Paid plans have no Talent Pool size limit. Your existing database is migrated when you onboard, with a one-time migration cost based on its size. Candidates you add later use 0.5 credit each, with no ongoing database fee.
One interview unit covers up to 20 minutes. Interviews that run longer than 20 minutes count as 2 units. You can add more interview units through packs, starting at $6.50 and going down to $3.00 per unit.
Startup includes 3 seats and supports up to 5, with additional seats at $39/month. Growth includes 5 seats, with additional seats at $59/month with additional seats upto 10. If moving to the next plan would cost less than adding seats, we’ll let you know before you make the decision.
Yes. SIA chat is included on every plan and never uses credits. Growth and Enterprise plans also include access to the advanced model. Daily usage allowances apply.
All connectors are available to connect on every plan. You can connect work tools like email, calendar, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and Calendly, along with sourcing tools and basic ATS connectors.
Basic ATS connectors are available immediately on every paid plan. Full ATS integration—including field mapping, permissions, access provisioning, and related IT setup—is scoped separately because it depends on your ATS instance.
